Justin Bieber was shutout at The Grammys and Junos but scored 5 BBMAS along with The Kid LaRoi.
Doja Cat entered the night with 14 nods, Justin Bieber, Kanye West and Olivia Rodrigo with 13 and Drake with 11.
Drizzy took home 5 awards including Top Artist, Top Male Artist, Top Rap Male, Top Rap Artist and Top Rap Album: Drake “Certified Lover Boy. He now has 34 career BBMAS.
Taylor Swift won 4 Sunday night and 29 in her career leading all women.
Rodrigo won 7 honours but was not in attendance to collect her hardware including the Top New Artist, Top Female Artist and Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album for SOUR, Top Streaming Songs Artist, Top Radio Songs Artist and Top Billboard Global 200 Artist.
YE won 6 the most for a male artist in 2022.
Doja Cat won 4 awards and BTS with 3.
Mary J. Blige received the Icon Award, and Mari Copeny was honored with the Changemaker Award.
Latto, Megan Thee Stallion, Silk Sonic, Becky G Ed Sheeran, Elle King, Miranda Lambert, Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Scott performed during the Billboard Music Awards.
