“Barbie Girl” has a long way to go to catch up to the 2016 viral sensation “Baby Shark” with 10.2 Billion views and the Z1035 song of the year in 2017 “Despacito” with 7.7 Billion views.
Other videos that recently reached the Billion mark include Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg’s “Still D.R.E” thanks to their epic Super Bowl Halftime Show at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood California on Sunday February 13. Justin Timberlake’s “Mirrors” also recently hit the Billion Views Club!
Aqua is still active and recently performed live during the 90’s Nostalgia Tour in Vaughan Ontario with concert stops across Canada in September 2021.
